We are 24 days away from our Reunion!! Before we get down to business, we want to express our sincere condolences to Celia and her family as they grieve the loss of their beloved Minnie Gopaulchan, Nigel Scott’s wife. This news came as a huge shock to everyone. We’re wrapping you all with our love.
As the reunion draws closer and closer, we have some important information to share to help you (and us) prepare.
The Kitty
As you can imagine, putting together the itinerary for a fantastic week of activities involves incurring some sundry costs. To cover these costs, we are putting together a kitty at the beginning of the week. The kitty contribution will be TT$250 per person over 12 years of age. One person from each family line will collect all their family’s money and give it in cash to Jennifer or Celia on arrival in Tobago (correct money please). For your information, this money will be used for:
- Food and soft drinks at the Meet & Greet gathering on Saturday 12th July
- Transport to and from the Mount Irvine beach day
- Service charge at Mount Irvine beach day for the doubles van
- Photographer for an entire family group photo taken at Mount Irvine beach day
- 2 lifeguards at Mount Irvine beach day
- Sides for the Men Who Cook Day menu
- Priest
- First Aid Kit
Additional Payments for Activities
The following activities require payment by Sunday, July 13:
To Crown Point Beach Hotel (you can use a credit card or cash):
- Sunday brunch: Adults: TT $125. Children under 12: TT $50.
- First Cousins Lime: TT $150
- Farewell Buffet: Adults dinner with alcohol included USD $100. Dinner without alcohol USD $55 (you can purchase alcohol chits).
To your family lead for the Nylon Pool and No Man’s Beach BBQ (exact TT cash only!). Your family lead will then give the money to either Jennifer or Celia:
- Adults TT $400
- Under 12: TT $200
Have you RSVP’d to the group activities?
Several of our group activities require RSVP. Please make sure you’re on this list. If you aren’t, that means you need to complete this RSVP form. Please complete a separate form for each person over 12.
