What do our reunion T-shirts look like, and how do I order one?

Designed by our very own Nicholas Huggins! This year, each family will print their own T-shirts and we’ll make sure you have everything you need to do so.
Each family has a PNG file and a mock up file linked below. You will give both these files to the printer. The mock up shows the printer what the print should look like on the T-shirt. Printers usually like to get uneditable files so you will not be able to make any changes to the design, which guarantees that all T-shirts are the same (except the color of “Tobago 2025” which will be in each family’s color).
How much cash do I need for the kitty, and what is it for?
As you can imagine, putting together the itinerary for a fantastic week of activities involves incurring some sundry costs. To cover these costs, we are putting together a kitty at the beginning of the week. The kitty contribution will be TT$250 per person over 12 years of age. One person from each family line will collect all their family’s money and give it in cash to Celia on arrival in Tobago (correct money please). For your information, this money will be used for:
- Food and soft drinks at the Meet & Greet gathering on Saturday 12th July
- Transport to and from the Mount Irvine beach day
- Service charge at Mount Irvine beach day for the doubles van
- Photographer for an entire family group photo taken at Mount Irvine beach day
- 2 lifeguards at Mount Irvine beach day
- Sides for the Men Who Cook Day menu
- Priest
- First Aid Kit
What do I need to bring with me?
- Reunion T-shirt
- Small flag to represent the country you’re arriving from
- Kitty money: TT $250
- Name badges or stickers for the Meet and Greet gathering
- ‘Glow’ items – see the itinerary for details of the glow night
- Cooler/flat pack cooler
- Beach games and snorkels if you have them
- Sunblock/beach shoes/rashguards
- Mosquito repellent
- Small First Aid Kit
- Personal medications
A note on camouflage print clothing: Don’t wear it!
Camouflage attire is strictly prohibited for civilians in Trinidad and Tobago. It is legally reserved exclusively for members of the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force. Wearing camouflage as a civilian is against the law.
How do I stay safe in Tobago?
As with any form of travel, it’s important to be practical and aware. Avoid bringing expensive jewelry and electronics. Don’t walk around alone, or take taxis alone, at night. However, we’ll be in a large group the majority of the time, and there’s really no need to feel afraid or on guard. We’ll all be looking out for each other!
