    Saturday, July 12

    5:30 pm Meet and Greet in front of Johnston Apartments.

    Soft drinks, cold cuts, cheese, and bread rolls, cups, plates, napkins, and ice are provided. Bring your own alcohol.

    Dress code is casual. Please wear your reunion T-shirt and name badge/sticker.

    Reminder: Payments due today!

    To Crown Point Beach Hotel (you can use a credit card or cash) for the following:

    • Sunday brunch: Adults: TT $125. Children under 12: TT $50.
    • First Cousins Lime: TT $150 
    • Farewell Buffet: Adults dinner with alcohol included USD $100. Dinner without alcohol USD $55 (you can purchase alcohol chits). Children under 12: USD $20

    To your family lead (exact TT cash only!):

    • Kitty: TT $250 (everyone 12+)
    • Nylon Pool and No Man’s Beach BBQ: Adults TT $400. Under 12: TT $200

    11:00 amBlessing – In front of Johnston Apartments. Everyone please attend. Reunion t-shirts are optional.

    Father Gregory Augustine (who said mass for us in 2005), will be giving a special blessing in honor of our grandparents Gerard and Claire and all our ancestors.
    11:15 amPhotos – A chance for each family to take their own photos in this beautiful setting (with a whole family photo later in the week at Mt. Irvine Beach).
    12:00 pmBrunch (optional but highly recommended) – at Crown Point Beach Hotel Restaurant.
    Menu: tea/coffee/juices, fresh fruit platter, fresh bread/rolls, coconut roast bakes/fried bakes, vegetable frittata, selection of cold cuts and cheeses, chicken salad, German potato salad (no mayo), fried local fish, buljol or salt fish accras, tomato and pumpkin chokas.

    Pancakes for children.

    8:00 pmSunday School Buccoo Reef (optional) – Make your own way there, family members will have spaces in cars if needed. Street party with steel pan (8pm – 10pm) and 11pm onwards soca music.

    5:30 pmFirst Cousins’ Lime – First generation Scott first cousins (the current family elders) and partners are invited to Crown Point Hotel pool bar.

    TT $150 for tasty appetizers: casava logs, jerk or bbq wings, salt fish accras, shark bites with shadon beni dip, portobello mushroom tempura.

    7:00pmGlow Night + Karaoke! (optional) – Crown Point Beach Hotel. Bring your glows and purchase drinks at the bar. Submit your karaoke song through the contact form.

    Tuesday, July 15

    9:30 amMen Who Cook (optional) – For everyone attending the buffet, drop off cleaned and seasoned chicken at Michael and Jennifer Scott’s apartment at Johnston Apartments for a curry cook up led by Michael Scott. Any men in the family willing to prep food, stir the pot and lime through the morning are invited to help cook.

    1:30 pmCurry buffet lunch catered and served by Men Who Cook! – Johnston Apartments. Side dishes and vegetarian options provided (pumpkin, bodie beans, channa, potato, dhal, buss-up-shot). Plates, cutlery, and napkins provided. Bring your own cups, drinks, and ice in your cooler.

    Wednesday, July 16

    9:30 amNylon Pool and No Man’s Beach BBQ (optional but highly recommended) – The boat will leave from Store Bay Beach, in front of Johnston Apartments. For those that want to head back to the hotel early, a boat will leave for Store Bay just after lunch. Final boat returns to Store Bay at 4:00 pm.

    Lunch provided including soft drinks, water, juice, ice, and cups. Bring your own alcohol. Menu: Chicken/Fish/Vegetable Rice/Macaroni Pie/2-3 salads/corn on the cob.

    RSVP below by May 30. Payment due to Jennifer or Celia, in TT cash (correct money please) by Monday, July 14.

    Cost: Adults TT $400 or USD $50. Under 12: TT $200 or USD $25.

    Thursday, July 17

    9:00 amBeach Day at Mr. Irvine Beach (Everyone please come! We hired a photographer to take a group photo of the entire family. We would love EVERYONE to be together for this one day.) – Coach transportation provided free of charge from Crown Point Beach Hotel. Meet outside the hotel entrance at 9:00am. Chairs and umbrellas available for rent. Bring your own cups, drinks, and ice in your cooler. Food and drink will also be available to purchase at the beach bar. Bring games for the beach.

    Food options:
    – Doubles van at 11:30am. Cost: TT $6 each;
    – Bring your own picnic; or
    – Purchase food from the beach bar/restaurant.

    Two private life guards on duty.

    Bring or wear your reunion T-shirt for the group photo.

    10:30 amGroup Family Photo Shoot – Photographer will do a group photo at 10:30am and take candid pictures for the next three hours. Remember to wear your reunion t-shirt for the group photo. An online gallery of photos will be available within one week for download and printing.
    2:00 pmCoach returns to Crown Point Beach Hotel for those wanting to head back earlier.
    3:30 pmFinal coach leaves for Crown Point Beach Hotel.
    7:00 pmFarewell Buffet – Crown Point Beach Hotel Restaurant (optional but highly recommended).

    Menu: fresh garden salad with house mango vinaigrette, grilled mahi mahi with garlic butter, pineapple glazed chicken, vegetable rice, fresh sauteed vegetables, cinnamon fried plantain, lentil pea raggu, assorted mini deserts.

    Open Bar: rum, scotch, gin, vodka, red/white wine, juices, and soft drinks.

    Cost:
    Adults dinner with alcohol included (you’ll receive a wrist-band): USD $100.
    Dinner without alcohol* USD $55.
    *You can purchase alcohol chits the day before the dinner from Crown Point Beach Hotel, Richard Mowser. The chits will be in TT dollars and are appropriate for those that don’t want the full alcohol package.
    Under 12: Dinner with soft drinks: USD $20. Kids Menu: chicken strips/pizza/fries.
